Vendor Spotlight: Happy + Hale

Wolfpack legends and healthy lifestyle visionaries, Matt Whitley and Tyler Helikson, set out on a mission to introduce a fresh, healthy, and sustainable fast-casual dining option to the Triangle. Starting out on a trike, they roamed the streets of downtown Raleigh sharing their fresh, cold pressed juices with street goers. The community's reception fueled their vision, leading Matt and Tyler to open their first flagship store location in downtown Raleigh. In four short years, Happy + Hale has opened their fourth location in North Carolina. They support happy and healthy communities through their commitment to composting with CompostNow and through community yoga events. Their mission continues to promote health and wellness in all aspects of life.

Happy + Hale far exceeds our dreams for a minimalistic, sustainable, open, airy, and inviting space to enjoy healthful meals. A lettuce wall, an array of fresh produce that fills the serving bar, and an open cooler that carries natural, good-for-you beverage options are among the many sights you will see. Happy + Hale is known for their fresh fruit and vegetable juices that are cold pressed daily, and their cleansing juice shots meant for the sick days. Dietary restrictions come conveniently listed on all their menu items, and simple, straightforward ingredients are guaranteed.

Start your day with a boost from MATI's natural energy sold at Happy + Hale. Pair your MATI with a refreshing AÇAÎ BOWL or hearty AVOCADO TOAST, two popular go-to choices. Build-your-own protein bowl to your heart’s (and stomach’s) desire or opt for a wholesome signature bowl, like the Mexican-style ENSA-LOT-A or the nutritious INCREDIBOWL. You can drink your veggies with their four grab-n-go cold pressed juice options or order a smoothie made from raw ingredients. From the calming aesthetic of each location to their healthy and trustworthy menu — good-for-you is forever true at Happy + Hale!
